With Waldo's latest feature, we're excited to help you do just that. Introducing: Second Degree Connections, or the ability to see your "Friends of Friends."

What Are Second Degree Connections?

Second degree connections expand your Waldo network to include not just your immediate connections but also those who are connected to them. It's a powerful way to explore the broader community around you.

How Does It Work?

Getting started with second degree connections is simple and intuitive:

1) Invite Your Connections: Encourage your friends to join Waldo. You can easily import your Gmail address book to make the process even smoother. Learn more about this feature in our Gmail Sync blog post.

2) Navigate to Your Map Page: Here, you'll notice that your 2nd degree connections—your friends of friends—can be filtered on the map. You also appear on the maps of any of your connections’ connections. Clicking on their profile picture will reveal the mutual connection. Customize your experience by changing the color of the outline of the circles through the filter drop-down menu.

3) Manage Your Privacy: If you prefer not to appear in the 2nd degree connections, you can easily opt out via your privacy settings. Read more about our privacy settings in our Enhanced Privacy Settings blog post.
